I bring over 21 years of experience from Cadillac Fairview to Rise Property Solutions. As a Hamilton local, I started my career in the mid-90s while raising a young child—talk about multitasking! Known for my great personality and “no problem” attitude, I keep things running smoothly.

 

Outside of work, I’m a die-hard Hamilton Tiger-Cats fan, bringing that same passion to everything I do.

I grew up in Brampton and attended high school at Central Peel Secondary School.  My Daughter is a spitting image of me and has made me a proud Grandmother.

Being a Superintendent for 10 years has given me hands-on experience and the knowledge to succeed as a Property Manager. 

I am always at the office and on the phone putting smiles on every face that I pass or hear.  

Being in this role has given me an opportunity to grow in this industry and continue to learn daily to succeed in her passion.

My name is Mark Leone. I come from Italian parents. Leone means lion in English.  I have spent most of my working career in the construction and renovation industry, most notably, I was part of the renovation team on Ted Rogers (a famous comedian) home and also had the privilege to work with Mike Holmes.

 

One of my most memorable moments was when I was in Las Vegas on vacation. I was looking at a map of all the attractions and ran into someone by accident and said I was very sorry, looked up, and it was Bruce Willis!  We talked to him for a few minutes, very nice guy. I told him I was from Canada and said he could tell because I apologized and he stated he loves Canada and Canadians!

I hold an MBA in Accounting from McMaster University and am currently pursuing my CPA designation. With a strong foundation in financial management, I have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specializing in accounts payable and receivable. My responsibilities include managing invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy for businesses.

 

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about reading and staying informed on financial trends. I am also actively involved in social and community initiatives where I contribute to various volunteer programs aimed at community support and engagement.
